FREE LAW CENTER

Arnold VAHRENWALD and Gérald BIGLE, our international specialized lawyers, will be on hand at the MITIL Law Center (located in the Technical Exhibition Hall) to offer FREE legal advice to all MITIL participants.

The two lawyers are members of CentreBar, an association of professionals who specialise in media law.

• Arnold Vahrenwald is a lawyer in Munich, Professor at MAGICA (Rome), a European school for training in the audiovisual sector. He is the author of numerous works, amongst others, " Recht in Online and Multimedia ", published by Luchterhand.
  
  
• Gérald Bigle, a French lawyer, specialised in media, audiovisual and advanced technologies law, is the founder of the Law Centers, President of CIDAC (International Center of Audiovisual and Communication Rights Association) ; he takes part in many conferences and symposia linked to audiovisual matters and advanced technologies in the communication and media field. He is the author of numerous articles and memoranda as well as the works entitled " les droits dérivés, Licencing et Character Merchandising " and " Le droit du sponsoring " published by Dalloz (Delmas Collection).
